Delivery destinations

Shipping charges

The shipping charge, or a free-shipping offer when available for your order, is shown before you submit payment. Taxes and any duties collected by this store are also displayed at checkout. We do not add an undisclosed shipping charge after purchase.

Processing and delivery estimates

Any dispatch or delivery estimate shown with a product or during checkout applies to that order. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Processing and transit are separate stages; carrier estimates are not a guaranteed delivery date unless a guaranteed service is expressly offered.

We will ship within the stated dispatch period. If no dispatch period is stated, we will ship within 30 days after a properly completed order or contact you before that period expires to offer a revised date and the option to cancel for a full refund. 30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unworn or unused, in the condition received, with their original packaging, accessories and any tags. Keep your order confirmation or other proof of purchase. Your statutory rights for faulty, misdescribed or otherwise nonconforming goods are not limited by this 30-day period.

How to start a return

1. Contact our support email below with your order number, the items to return and the reason.
2. Wait for the return instructions and the correct return destination. Do not return an order to a manufacturer or an address from another website.
3. Pack the items securely and keep the return tracking or proof of postage.

Return shipping and fees

We cover standard return shipping for accepted returns and will provide a prepaid label or written shipping instructions. There is no restocking fee for an eligible return. Additional services chosen independently without our agreement may not be reimbursed. Original expedited shipping charges are not refundable for a change-of-mind return, unless required by applicable law.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, faulty, missing or incorrect, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos may help us assess it. We will arrange the appropriate replacement, return or refund and cover necessary return shipping. You do not need to pay a new shipping charge to correct our error.

Refunds

Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit. Contact us if an approved refund has not appeared after that processing period.
